Adelaide Festival’s newest donor circle underpins contemporary works within the Adelaide Festival program and aims to engage a new generation of supporters.
The Adelaide Festival Contemporary brings together supporters who want to have fun and meet some interesting people by supporting art, artists and the iconic Adelaide Festival together.
Collectively, the Adelaide Festival Contemporary chooses one work to support within the annual Festival Program – be this the contemporary music program, a piece of contemporary theatre or a contemporary dance work presented in the Adelaide Festival.
A donation of $5,000 (fully tax-deductible) is requested annually for membership to the Adelaide Festival Contemporary donor circle.
The Adelaide Festival team will keep you engaged throughout the year and during the Festival, and opportunities for Contemporary supporters include:
- An exclusive preview event at which you will be invited to vote to select the work the Adelaide Festival Contemporary will support in the following year’s Festival
- A complimentary Adelaide Festival Friends Membership to redeem a 15% discount on tickets to Adelaide Festival-presented shows
- A personalised ticketing service and priority booking period
- Invitation to the Adelaide Festival Program Launch
- Invitation to an exclusive Adelaide Festival Contemporary event on the opening night of the chosen work
- Invitation to selected Adelaide Festival events
